REFUND POLICY
Heartgrave Apparel does not have a refund or exchange policy due to merchandise being a limited time offering. This means stock availability is limited and unpredictable.
Once an item has shipped there cannot be any exchanges or change of address. Please make sure to carefully confirm your sizing and address.

Items being exchanged must have tag attached and be unworn.
Any dirt, sweat, deodorant stains or marks of any kind will void item from being returnable.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the high demand of our products, we cannot guarantee the item you would like in exchange will be in stock. For exchanges, if your item is out of stock, you will be given a simliiar in stock item. As soon as you drop off your return and the package is scanned by the carrier, your store credit will be issued immediately by email.
