We, Heartgrave Apparel, reserve the right to refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any given time due to the below:

• Fraudulent activity or Criminal activity
• Any excessive claims of defective and/or damaged shipments.
• Any irregular or excessive return history indicative of “wardrobing”.
• Any irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
• Any non-Heartgrave Apparel returned to us, will be discarded upon receipt.
